Paste a YouTube link and ask anything about the video.
The use case we built it for: fact-checking. Someone posts a video calling the next big token, and you have two options today — trust them, or spend an hour verifying claims across charts, explorers, and project docs. Now you paste the link and ask Surf whether the claims hold. General AI can summarize the video. Surf checks it against the onchain reality — wallets, flows, liquidity, holders, unlocks.

Ask a follow-up on the answer itself
Reading a Deep Research report and one line raises a new question? Highlight it and hit Ask Surf.
Until now, a follow-up meant scrolling back to the prompt box and re-explaining what you were asking about. Select to Ask removes that step entirely: your question carries the exact context of what you selected, and the answer lands on exactly that line — not a rehash of the whole report.
Surf reads your files — and hands files back
You can now upload PDFs, images, CSVs, and docs straight into your research.

The smaller cuts
Four more changes you'll notice without an announcement:
- Token lists are a widget now. No more markdown tables — token lists render as a dedicated visualization built for scanning 20 tokens at a glance.
- Better entity tagging. Tokens and projects mentioned in reports are recognized more accurately, with a new UI.
- 22 categories of starting questions. Click the input box on the homepage and pick from curated questions instead of starting at a blank prompt.
- Spotlight moved. It now sits on the right rail, under your table of contents, where it doesn't interrupt the read.
