NuConstruct is a crypto infrastructure firm building TOOL (Trustless Orderflow Operations Layer), a trustless on-chain orderflow/execution layer that aims to enable ~1-second Ethereum transaction confirmations using Intel TDX TEEs without rollups. The team completed a $6M seed round led by cyber•Fund with participation from DCG, Maven11, Greenfield, and Eden Block.
