How your refund is calculated- ·We use the plan on the original renewal invoice. Later plan changes do not change which plan we use for this calculation.
- ·PRO: early-bird annual price US$188, minus US$1.50 per 1,000 waves, up to US$100 off. MAX: early-bird annual price US$999, minus US$3 per 1,000 waves, up to US$300 off.
- ·The waves discount is proportional to your waves total and rounded to the nearest cent. Your campaign price before tax is the early-bird annual price minus this discount.
- ·Your refund is the renewal’s pre-tax amount minus your campaign price before tax, plus the corresponding tax from the original payment. Only a positive difference is refundable.
If the original payment included tax, the tax on the refunded difference is returned too; if no tax was charged, no tax is added to the refund. Refunds go to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.
